Paver & hardscape cleaning
A wash, a repair, or both - we tell you which
Most patios that look "worn out" are just dirty. Some genuinely need joint sand, re-leveling or a sealer. Cleaning a surface that needs repair wastes your money, so every job starts by figuring out which one you have.
Common Questions
-
It depends on square footage, surface condition and how much buildup is in the joints — which is why we come look instead of guessing over the phone. You get a written number at the visit, and it does not change unless you add work.
-
Not at the right pressure and tip distance. Older or softer stone gets a gentler approach, and we flag anything already spalling or loose before we start rather than after.
-
Sealing holds the color and slows regrowth, but it needs dry weather and a fully dry surface. In a wet stretch we will clean now and schedule the seal when the forecast cooperates — never both in one damp weekend.
-
Shade, tree cover and drainage decide it. A sunny driveway can go years; a north-facing patio under maples greens up faster. We will tell you which you have and what would slow it down.
